I suffer really badly with panic attacks and I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to even go into the clinic, from the reception staff to the nurse who looked after me everyone was so lovely and attentive to any needs.

The people who work in this clinic are some of the kind-hearted and understanding people I have met. The nurses made me feel safe through the whole process.

I was happy with how quick everything was dealt with. The only one thing that I really needed was the ‘24 Hour’ helpline - when I tried ringing at 4:30am I was told the lines did not open until 7am which resulted in me having to ring 111. This was really disappointing as it stated on the aftercare that the line was 24 hr when it clearly wasn’t!

[name removed] and [name removed] were so amazing today, they both were so attentive and caring. Even though I was scared to be put to sleep, the midwives in the surgical room with me made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that it was going to be okay. I’m so grateful for the how kind [name removed] and [name removed] was today towards me and I felt so safe in their care. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are truly amazing and I couldn’t thank them more for being so understanding and compassionate. [name removed] xx
